  • Provide administrative serves e.g. arrangement of travels; recording phone calls; process mails/faxes, manage filing system etc. to enable department staff to have the support required to do their work efficiently.
  • Provide secretarial and administrative services e.g., arrangement of appointments, meetings, and travels; looking after personal affairs; phone call screening; processing mails, contacting outside agencies etc. to the department head to streamline the working process.
  • Receive and deliver important information to concerned departments to ensure information is timely processed and handled.
  • Carry out special tasks assigned by the department head to complete them timely and with quality.


  • Special Skill Requirement: Familiar with Microsoft Office.
  • Language : Proficient in English.
  • Most challenging part of the job: Coordinate the matters among various departments efficiently and correctly.
