Job Description

  • Increase the new knowledge of product, nutrition, campaign, event, business incentive plan, financial FAQ … in chatbot service to add prompt and accurate answers to achieve higher customer satisfaction and response rate.
  • On duty and execute the live chat service to offer the complicated or non-standardized answers to customers.
  • Initiate and analyze the error correspondence by customers and optimize the chatbot FAQ to enhance the customer experience. 
  • Analyze the performance of chatbot accurate response rate to improve the customer satisfaction. 
  Person Specifications
  • Education background: University graduate or above
  • Minimum relevant requirements:  Working experience in customer service/chatbot maintenance field.
  • Special Skill Requirement: Familiar with photoshop, illustrator … photo editing.  Good Interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Language: Good in English speaking, listening, reading and writing
  • Most challenging part of the job: Efficiency on FAQ taken
