• Partner with Country leaders and other important stake holders in the region and act as a trusted partner for all HR related matters.
• Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
• Understanding the Job requirements, Source and manage different sourcing channels for recruitment in an organized and analytical manner to ensure quality hiring. 
• Provide insightful interview feedback and constructive suggestions to hiring managers to make the right hiring decision.
• Assists international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters. Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day operation, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.

• At least 3 years of experience in a HR and ability to handle recruitment work for the region.
• Excellent relationship management skills with a high level of professionalism
• Good English verbal and written communication skills
• Work well in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to quick changing priorities
• A team player, who can support and back up with good judgment
