Online/Search Marketing Manager

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive search and discoverability strategy for the e-commerce channel (organic search, paid search, and related analytics).  Leverage appropriate analytical tools to optimize bidding strategies and boost organic search effectiveness.
  2. Manage day-to-day search marketing activities including the campaign planning, implementation, budget management, performance review, optimizations to copy, creative, landing pages, and optimization of paid search campaigns.
  3. Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and execute holistic content strategy for the e-commerce channel, manage, evaluate, and optimize product detail, copy, brand and multimedia content on major e-commerce platforms.
  4. Partner with internal stakeholders to develop appropriate analytical frameworks, reporting, and tools to derive insights and measure the ROI/effectiveness, and communicate performance and key metric scorecards to management.
  5. Enable the “perfect” product detail page on key e-commerce platforms by optimizing relevant contents and product information in both a search-optimized and consumer relevant way.
  6. Ensure that all applicable search engine marketing best practices are being consistently leveraged, monitor rankings, traffic and sales gains associated with organic/paid search optimization tactics.
  7. Manage and execute online marketing (SEO/SEM) campaigns and ensure alignment with business objectives and budget.
  8. Identify problems and opportunities and implement solutions to improve search performance. Grow and optimize our keywords portfolio through testing (A/B and Multivariate) with listing, landing pages, bidding strategies, negative keywords and etc.
  9. Draw actionable insights through analyzing large amounts of data. Define appropriate KPIs and measure the impact of all campaigns.
  10. Act as a specialist of the search engine marketing channel with working knowledge of analytics, conversion tracking, and the interplay of SEO/SEM.
  11. Partner with the buying teams to incorporate seasonal trends and key volume drivers and to create best in class content.




  1. Bachelors or Master degree in mathematics, computer science, marketing, business, economics or related field
  2. 4+ years of experience managing Online Marketing, e-commerce and Web Analytics, including ROI, budget and planning. 4+ years of managing paid and organic search experience driving revenue and traffic.
  3. Extreme attention to detail, great organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and project deadlines, comfortable working cross-functionally of varying levels of digital expertise.
  4. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently. Takes accountability and ownership of work. Exceptional work ethic and proven ability to overcome obstacles to deliver results.
  5. Excellent project management skills. Proven team leadership and management experience. Proven track record in managing SEM/SEO projects from inception to completion.
  6. Able to analyze data and draw critical insights to identify opportunities and make specific recommendations. A results-driven mentality with an emphasis on metrics.
  7. Fundamental knowledge and experience with web analytics/SEO/SEM tools. A willingness to roll up your sleeves as much as partner at high levels.
  8. Exceptional oral, written, presentation, and communication/interpersonal skills (English).
