Core Responsibilities:

l   Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment

l   Must be a leader that sets standard and expectations through his/her conduct, work ethic, integrity and character

l   Create and deliver end-user, partner and distributor training including curriculum, training, and exams, for all general preparatory courses prior to enterprise endorsement

l   Deliver preparatory training that is sufficiently technical, covering the basic skill requirements as identified by enterprise needs

l   Able to deliver projects and motivate trainees through effective trainings

l   Manage design, delivery and continuous improvement of training programs as well as on going learning opportunities across organization, in support of the organization’s need

l   Amending and revising programmes as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment

l   Act as the content expert and maintain relevant training documents and training materials for training conducted

l   Designing and expanding training and development programmes based on both the organisation's and the individual's needs

l   Developing effective induction programmes

l   Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers;

l   Ensuring that statutory training requirements are met

l   Having an understanding of e-learning techniques, and where relevant, being involved in the creation and/or delivery of e-learning packages

l   Researching new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and presenting this research;

l   Ensure that Foundation Skills Training is aligned with Product Specific Training methodologies and initiatives;

l   Ensure that all trainees adhere to the company’s Code of Conduct

 

Requirement:

l   A Two or Four-Year College Degree

l   At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required

l   Two or more years of recent BPO Company experience

l   Proficiency in the use of PC applications

l   Effective oral and written communication skills required in English

l   Required effective oral (Modern Standard Mandarin/ Taiwanese Hokkien) and written(Simplified Chinese) skills in Taiwanese.

l   Strong interpersonal, conflict management and mentoring skills

l   Able to work in a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and longer hours

l   High energy, enthusiastic, motivational training style

l   Strong organizational, planning, project management, problem resolution, communication, presentation, facilitation, influencing skills required.
