-Developing “sales talk” for each training project and events.
-BA field coach after training,to share and lead right and effective sales ways to BA.
-Have good oral expressing and training skill.
-Willing to share and good at self-motivation.
-Good grooming and hold service-oriented working attitude.

1.at least 4-5 years working experience in training field
2.basic skin and cosmetic products knowledge is a must
3.good communication with people, good oral expressing
4.team working oriented, and with high emotion control capability
5.good at English oral and writing capability and could have the quick and high quality translation work
6.good cooptation with business travel
7.good and familiar at Microsoft office
