1. Manage all appointments and schedules of the Taiwan Operations lead & others that may be assigned. This includes internal meetings, calls and external appointments, all travel arrangements including travel tickets, hotel and rental car bookings, visa arrangement, preparation of agenda as well as relevant documents and information required.
2. Prepare, submit and following up all expense claims, verify corporate credit card billings and make payments of business related bills for the Taiwan Operations lead and others that may be assigned.
3. Managing season greeting cards, anniversaries and other important dates of key business associates and business partners of Qualcomm.
4. Managing and coordinating agenda of visitors to Taiwan Operations lead and others that may be assigned.
5. Response to various general correspondences independently and provide summary updates on a regular basis to Taiwan Operations and others where appropriate.
6. Coordinate and prepare management reports and presentation materials.
7. Assist office administrative and accounting functions as required.
8. Carry out physical approval of internal workflow and requisitions in the system upon receiving approval from Taiwan Operations lead.
9. Prepare materials for external meetings including speeches, translation of materials (e.g. English to Chinese and vice versa) for Taiwan Operations lead.
10. Other secretarial tasks that may be assigned.

Skills/Experience
-Minimum of 5 years working experience, of which, with at least 3 years as personal assistant or executive secretary to senior level management, preferably in multi-national company. -Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English and Chinese, with good command of communication & coordinating skill. -Ability to manage travel, meetings and appointments over multiple time zones. Responsibilities - The job holder is expected to work across departments and functions globally. - The individual is expected to manage a wide diversity of tasks and interface with customers, suppliers, partners and other business associates of diverse culture. |
