Foreign banking

The Wealth Management IT Application Support Analyst will work closely with the business and development team to implement the technical solutions for the WM business. He/She will be responsible for working with all business units including Markets, P&S, WMO, CRC, Compliance, other business groups, external vendors, regional technology support, and IT infrastructure team to implement and sustain services availability of all systems maintained within the support organization. He/She will also responsible for the on-going post implementation support for the clients.
The successful candidate will join a local team and gain significant front office exposure to all aspects of WM business. They will work within a diverse environment that incorporates WM business, IT professionals, project managers, and support/control functions.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and analytical skills with a good understanding of the trading systems, exchange protocols, back office systems and co-location facilitates. A background in application support, project management and investment banking or wealth management is required. He/She will have working knowledge of Securities and Banking products, Business Continuity Planning, Desktop Technology refresh planning, and the life cycle of the products

•University degree with Minimum 5 years experience in application support, project management and wealth management or investment banking is required.
•Good understanding of the wealth management trading systems, exchange protocols, back office systems and co-location facilitates.
•Good working knowledge of Banking products, Business Continuity Planning, Desktop Technology refresh planning, and the life cycle of the products.
•Has experience in implementation and support of the trading systems, vendor applications
•Able to work independently
•Excellent communication skills
•Support Experience in UNIX- Solaris, and Windows OS
•Must have Oracle and strong SQL experience and Unix scripting.
•Must be able to provide end-user support in Chinese, in native level oral and written communication skill
•Drive / self-motivation / ability to deliver with little supervision
•Good knowledge on IT security in similar industry
