-Recruitment and Human Resources
-Develop and execute the human resource policies including but not limited to talent sourcing, training preserving, placement to achieve business goals and strategies
-Develop and execute the complete recruitment and onboarding structure including but not limited to the following: crafting recruiting mails to attract candidates, screening incoming applications, interview arrangements, preparing and distributing assignments to candidates, advertising job openings, sending job offer emails, monitoring HR metrics, onboarding process, etc.
- Ensure that all human resource policies and related systems are compliant to local laws and restrictions in Taiwan
- Operational Support
- Backup support for onsite employees
-Customer service support with clients / stakeholders
-Other ad hoc tasks assigned by stakeholders or managers.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, a business related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 2 years of experience in human resources in the Taiwan Market
-Knowledge of labor law and labor relations
-Knowledge of Taiwan’s labor market and salary level
-Experience with sourcing techniques
- Familiar with BPO and vendor service industries
-Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English
