MG-Assistant Manager, HRBP (FMCG)
-Reporting to Director, HRBP, the incumbent will be responsible for driving implementation of various HR programs and people initiatives for store athletes in Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan in alignment with business development strategies.
-He/she will provide advice to Retail Director and store-in-charge on team performance management, talent development, engagement and inclusive culture to ensure excellent Athlete experience.
-He/she will also take part in Greater China projects for wider perspectives and collaborate closely with professional COE teams primarily in Shanghai for resources/advice/support
•University graduate in any discipline, preferably in Human Resources Management, BBA or Psychology.
•A minimum of 5 years solid HR work experience in multinational environment. Exposure/passion in retail is preferred.
•Familiar with Taiwan Labour Law and related regulations, while knowledge of Macau and Hong Kong employment ordinance a plus.
•Service-driven, people oriented with organized approach in handling people matters.
•Tactful communications and strong in stakeholders management.
•Highly flexible and strong teamwork.
•Those with less experience will be considered Senior HR Executive.
•Immediate available is preferred.
